How long are the retreats?
Half-day retreats run 3 to 4 hours and full-day retreats run 6 to 8 hours, plus custom multi-day experiences. Short enough to fit business realities. Long enough to matter.
How many people can attend?
Konex typically accommodates small teams of 6 to 12 and mid-size groups of 12 to 30. Larger groups can be supported but require custom planning. If your team is 50 or more and you expect it to just work, it will not. Konex designs it properly.
Is it physically demanding?
No, but it is not passive. Activities are accessible to all fitness levels, flexible based on your team, and challenging enough to create engagement. This is not survival training, but sitting on your phone all day is not happening either.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Konex operates in most weather conditions, because discomfort is part of growth. Severe or unsafe conditions mean the retreat is rescheduled. Light rain or cold means an adapted experience. If your team expects perfect conditions, they are missing the point.
Is it safe?
Yes. Safety is built into everything: pre-planned routes and locations, experienced guides, and risk-aware activity design. Zero risk does not exist anywhere, including your office, so Konex plans for it properly.
